I imagine that Martha sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night in cold sweat because of the PTSD.

Certain songs she can’t listen to because of the 808 in the background, they give her panic attacks.

Places around the world she can never visit because of the painful memories of seeing people tortured/raped/killed over her, or the fact that they were where she herself almost got killed.

I know that the Year that Never Was had to take a tremendous toll on her psyche.

I wanted to see that played out a bit with her in later seasons. I’m upset that they never happened. We didn’t get to see how Martha Jones coped with the weight of the near genocide of humanity happening.
